Job Description VOD operations coordinator
As a VOD operations coordinator, you will join the Global Fulfillment Operations team in Amsterdam. This team is responsible for preparing, processing and distributing content to streaming and other non-linear platforms worldwide, including Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, SKY and other major platforms.
You will be an important point of contact for both internal and external clients and coordinate the delivery process from start to finish. You make sure all required media components are available, monitor content across different systems and work closely with international and technical teams to solve issues along the way.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as point of contact for clients and regarding VOD delivery requests;
- Prepares, process and monitor content to ensure it is ready to publish;
- Coordinating the availability of video, dubbing, subtitles, metadata and other components;
- Working with international teams to ensure content is delivered correctly and on time;
- Monitoring multiple workflows while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines;
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues and involving technical support teams when necessary;
- Maintaining accurate documentation, trackers and system information;
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and workflows;
- Supporting new launches, client onboardings and departmental projects.
